Steampunk

Today I went to a local steampunk meetup. I'm not super into it or anything, but I share some similar interests with it such as; frilly dresses, tea parties, and fantasy weaponry.
I didn't have anything to wear either so I settled with this. It's the brownest thing I own, seriously.

Dress and blouse are Bodyline.
Socks are Metamorphose.
Shoes are Mudd.

Lolita outing

Me and Valerie recently met a new lolita in our area for tea and cakes at Andre's Suisse. I had never been there before. It was pretty fabulous.


I wore pompadour. I was also wearing that burnt red scarf that I had posted a little while back, but it got to be too hot. I thought taking an outfit shot in Victoria's Secret would be silly, so I did it.


We played with makeup. I really liked their glitter lipgloss, but as soon as I went outside with the wind I was reminded of why I never wear it.

Mitzy London's tea

A couple of weeks ago I met some new friends out for tea time at a local place known as Mitzy London's. It's a cute "lifestyle" shop filled with stuff reminiscent of Betsey Johnson or Vivienne Westwood. Both of those being some of my favorite designers, I of course loved the store.
Once a month they serve a "Fashionista High Tea" and I thought that it would be the perfect opportunity to gather some of the local lolitas together.


We were served sparkling pink lemonade and English breakfast tea


The cupcakes were strange and doughnutty, but still delicious.


This one had edible glitter! But you can't see it, how sad. Ok, enough with the food now.
